We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user management, system customization, data integrity, and automation to enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy, deduplication, and integrity.
- Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Salesforce functionality.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management.
- Experience with reports, dashboards, and security settings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
