Responsibilities:


  • Sales Cycle Management and Optimization: Lead the sales journey, guiding prospects from initial discovery to closing the deal. Ensure a seamless, positive experience for the client while helping them identify and solve key challenges.
  • Pipeline and Forecast Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasts and consistent reporting through effective CRM management.
  • Market and Product Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Continuously enhance knowledge of products and market positioning to provide clients with valuable, impactful insights.
  • Connecting with the Right Clients: Locate and reach out to large businesses that fit our target profile. Create and execute sales plans to achieve or surpass our goals.
  • Product Value and Benefits: Showcase the value of the platform through engaging, high-level product demonstrations. Provide tailored industry insights to C-level executives, building strong, trusted relationships along the way.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit:


  • Proven Sales Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly in AI, data management, or cloud technology, with a strong track record of delivering tangible business outcomes through value-based solution selling.
  • Earnings Motivation: Exhibit a highly aggressive sales approach with a strong desire to maximise earnings and achieve substantial financial success.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Experience collaborating closely with internal teams, including Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Executive leadership, to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Relationship Building: Established relationships at the executive level within specific geographical territories, with extensive experience in building and maintaining strong, consultative relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Sales Process Proficiency: Proficiency in executing a formal sales process, including familiarity with qualification frameworks, and demonstrated success in navigating complex sales cycles within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • CRM and Pipeline Management: Expert-level management of sales pipelines and forecasting through CRM tools, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy in reporting and sales planning.
  • Drive and Resilience: A strong, results-oriented mindset with the ability to close significant deals, consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, and thrive in a competitive, high-pressure sales environment.

Required Experience and Skills:


  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong background in AI, data management, or cloud technology. Proven ability to sell value-based solutions, focusing on delivering tangible business outcomes and ensuring alignment with the customer’s end business value.
  • Skills: A strong track record of effective selling within specific geographical territories, with established relationships at the executive level. Extensive experience in managing large enterprise accounts, navigating complex sales cycles, and maintaining relationships with sales operation teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate technical proficiency with key sales and communication tools such as Zoom, Dialpad, and Openphone for effective virtual meetings and client communication. Expertise in using Pipedrive for CRM management is essential to track and manage sales pipelines accurately. Familiarity with WhatsApp and GSuite is required for seamless communication and collaboration with both internal teams and clients. Additionally, knowledge of SeamlessAI will be crucial for efficient lead generation and prospecting.
