Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager in our Marketing department to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in successfully managing marketing projects from conception to completion. They will be responsible for coordinating and executing various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a high level of quality. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.



Essential Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:


  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for marketing campaigns, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are met.


  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.


Budget Management:


  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage project budgets.


  • Track expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.


Cross-functional Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with the creative team, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop compelling marketing materials.


  • Liaise with sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.


Timeline and Milestone Tracking:


  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery.


  • Communicate updates and progress to key stakeholders regularly.


Quality Assurance:


  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns meet brand standards and quality benchmarks.


  • Conduct thorough reviews of content, design, and messaging to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.


Market Research:


  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.


  • Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


  • Proven 5+ years experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role.


  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.


  • Proficiency in project management tools and marketing software.


  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and trends.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
