As a Senior Project Manager, you will work within the Delivery function of the Customer Success Department, driving and executing as an expert large digital customer-facing projects and engagements.
Meet the job
You will have a high degree of autonomy in managing the customer, making sure that the project or the engagements are running smoothly and are in synchrony with the broader programme of work, and you will be instrumental in opening the road to new opportunities with the customer.
You will oversee all aspects of projects: produce and maintain project estimations and plans, assign responsibilities, set deadlines, monitor and summarize the progress of projects, managing commercial responsibilities, enforcing quality metrics, etc. Your project teams can consist of many professionals who you will drive in delivering value to our customers, whether it is in the form of a state-of-the-art solution or high-quality assessment and consultancy.
To ensure successful project delivery, this role may require 20-30% travel to client locations, sometimes on short notice, to address needs and provide hands-on support.
How about you
● 5-8 years experience;
● Solid experience in financial sector;
● Managed a project team above 15;
● Can demonstrate experience in startup / scaleup environment;
● Total budget management in a point of time above 1 Mn USD;
● Managed a programme;
● Agile coach experience;
● Capable of managing commercial responsibilities;
● Bachelor's degree or higher;
● Professional working proficiency in English.
