JOB TITLE: Senior Product Manager

PURPOSE:

As a Senior Product Manager at Strategic Systems International (SSI), you will be responsible for defining and executing product vision, strategy, and roadmap to scale existing services and drive new product development. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver market-aligned solutions, enhancing product adoption, and building a dynamic Product Management team. Your goal will be to ensure that our products meet customer needs while aligning with SSI’s growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, leading the team toward achieving it through clear strategic plans.
• Ensure product value propositions resonate with target customer segments, optimizing product-market fit.
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring new features and products are appropriately positioned.
• Collaborate with the business development team to provide essential product launch materials such as demo decks, sales materials, social content, and landing pages.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Product Management team, ensuring they deliver on the strategic vision as the company scales.
• Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market trends, and incorporate market intelligence into product planning and development.
• Foster a user-centric approach to product management, focusing on addressing user problems and delivering practical solutions.
• Oversee customer feedback and user testing processes to ensure continuous product improvement.
• Drive product adoption and engagement through effective product demand generation programs.
• Collaborate with the leadership to promote cohesive collaboration between the product and engineering teams.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, with proven leadership of product and design teams that have delivered significant impact.
• Strong collaboration and team-building skills, with the ability to lead and influence across the organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating vision and strategy clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic planning with iterative execution.
• Deep commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Experience managing platform products with multiple user types in a two-sided marketplace is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing and scaling products in a high-growth environment.
• Passionate about renewable energy and excited about driving consumer access to sustainable solutions.
