About the job Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences through a blend of research, strategy, iterative design and high-fidelity visual design. You will work closely with developers, and product manager to create cohesive and effective user journeys and interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop high-fidelity designs, layouts, typography, color schemes, and interactive elements.
- User Research: Conduct user research such as surveys and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors, and inform design decisions.
- Design Strategy: Develop user personas, storyboards, mockups, user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, design architecture and prototypes to address user needs and project requirements supporting Agile workflow.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Design Systems: Contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Testing and Iteration: Lead usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of design processes, user research findings, and design rationale.
- Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the design process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills, process, responsive designs and impact on both Mobile and Web Applications.
- Skills: Strong Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect or similar. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, responsive design, user research methodologies, and usability testing. Experience with HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind and JavaScript is a plus.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving and analysis skills with attention to detail and communication skills. Must be Perceptive, Creative, Autonomous, Receptive, Modest, Cooperative, Self Sufficient and Collaborative.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
