Job Overview:


Responsibilities include identifying improvement areas, implementing process enhancements, and monitoring their effectiveness. The specialist collaborates with teams to develop performance metrics, analyzes data for improvement opportunities, and communicates findings to management. They utilize DevOps data to create Power BI dashboards, conduct audits, and support best practice adoption. Strong knowledge of software processes and agile methodologies, proficiency in Microsoft Office and DevOps tools, and excellent communication and analytical skills.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead the analysis of key organizational areas for improvement, focusing on both operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee the design, execution, and management of large-scale process improvement initiatives, including complex documentation, advanced process mapping, and cross-departmental training programs.
  • Develop and implement robust KPIs to track both short-term and long-term process performance, presenting insights and progress reports directly to senior leadership.
  • Lead the collection, interpretation, and presentation of performance data, identifying high-impact trends and opportunities for strategic improvements.
  • Create and optimize Power BI dashboards using data from DevOps to facilitate data-driven decision-making
  • Conduct thorough assessments to ensure continuous compliance with evolving organizational standards and regulatory requirements, leading initiatives to address gaps and drive improvement.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices and methodologies in project management, quality assurance, and resource management across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management, to identify improvement areas and implement industry best practices.
  • Facilitate high-impact workshops and cross-functional initiatives aimed at fostering innovation and continuous improvement across diverse projects and teams.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an auditor or process improvement in the software industry with agile projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development processes, agile framework, quality assurance, project management, software audit practices, and industry best standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving process improvements.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools, Power BI dashboard development, and data integration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 is a plus with experience in leading organizational compliance efforts.
