About the role

As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will dive into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. This is a role for those who find stories in numbers and strength in analytics. Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Understand, coordinate and execute the end-to-end termination process in a timely manner within the given SLA. This includes preparing paperwork, calculations & updating HR System with accurate information.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and adhere to privacy laws, local legislation, company policies, data protection regulations and internal data management guidelines.
  • Interact with other subject matter experts (e.g. HR business partner, CoE, etc.) and internal teams (e.g. solutions team) to identify best solutions on updates/issues/queries.
  • Gain cross disciplinary HR knowledge to deliver end-to-end ownership of customer experiences, i.e; basic Employee & Position Information knowledge.
  • Actively participate and engage in meetings, discussions, HR system improvement projects and Offboarding Projects from design, testing and up to the deployment stage.
  • Identify and suggest improvements in the offboarding process.
  • Managing internal team documentation.
  • Facilitate Knowledge Transfer to the team on new or updated separation process.
  • Coach & monitor junior team members on the Offboarding process & level issue resolution.


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in HR administration and procedures will be preferred.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel &, Word Doc.
  • Good knowledge of HR Systems such as SuccessFactor, and HRIS will be added advantage.
  • Strong and proven analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to work within a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
