Senior Officer Admin & CCTV Technician

The Senior Officer Admin & CCTV Technician at Interwood Mobel will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions as well as managing and maintaining all CCTV and surveillance systems. This role requires a combination of strong administrative skills and technical expertise to ensure the safety and security of the company's premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of surveillance equipment, resolving any technical issues promptly.
• Monitor CCTV systems daily for security purposes and prepare daily checklists.
• Track and report any employee violations captured on CCTV.
• Set up live CCTV feeds on screens for higher management.
• Install and configure new cameras, including wiring and system setup.
• Replace hard drives and manage NVR (Network Video Recorder) configurations as needed.
• Prepare overtime sheets for security guards and other relevant staff.
• Ensure all security systems are functioning correctly and address any issues promptly.
• Record daily readings from KE (Karachi Electric) meters.
• Oversee all KE-related operations, ensuring the proper management of utility services.
