Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our dynamic Finance team in Pakistan. This role is pivotal in managing our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and maintaining robust financial controls. Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve financial issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes.
- Demonstrate a high level of accountability and integrity, with a commitment to ethical financial practices.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum CA (Finalist); CA Qualified will be preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in an IT-based organization.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performance finance and accounting teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis such as taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting & internal control.
- Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using Oracle NetSuite and Power BI.
- Strong commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.
- Ability to work on-site during hybrid-shift timings (12:00 PM PKST to 9:00 PM PKST).
