Your New Role:
The Senior Manager, Ancillary Content will oversee a large team managing Ancillary Content Services and Content Management workflows across multiple platforms, including Streaming, Linear, Social, Marketing, and Affiliate channels. This role ensures efficient content workflows, high-quality output, process optimisation, and strategic alignment across internal stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior Manager will serve as the primary Go-To resource on the ground in Hyderabad for identifying and troubleshooting content delivery issues, providing immediate resolution while developing long-term sustainable solutions.

The Daily - Major Activities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and support a large team working across Ancillary Content Services and Content Management.
Assign work efficiently, balancing resource allocation and deadlines.
Provide mentorship, training, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
Maintain team coverage during workload peaks and time-off periods.
Workflow Oversight & Optimisation
Oversee the end-to-end process of content tracking, delivery, and approvals across multiple platforms.
Design and implement workflows to streamline efficiency and standardisation.
Develop and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and workflow guidelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve workflow gaps.
Content Planning & Execution
Manage content requests from internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate asset delivery.
Track promotional assets from creation to deployment, ensuring compliance with content priorities.
Use data-driven insights to forecast capacity needs and prevent workflow bottlenecks.
Ensure strategic alignment between Ancillary Content Services and Ancillary Content Management.
Troubleshooting & Process Improvement
Assess and resolve content delivery challenges while providing immediate solutions and long-term improvements.
Work with tech teams to enhance tracking tools and content visibility across teams.
Identify and implement strategic efficiencies for scalable operations.
Data & Reporting
Develop and present reports/dashboards for stakeholders.
Leverage data analytics to drive performance improvements and refine operational strategy.
Maintain transparency in content pipelines, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Content Delivery Improvement
Provide input to development teams to create tools that facilitate promotional asset categorisation and visibility.
Workflow Optimization
Gather insights from current content workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Staying Across End-to-End Process
Work with cross-functional teams to document and refine their content workflows, ensuring full process visibility.
THE ESSENTIALS – QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7 years of experience in the Media Supply Chain, with at least 3+ years in a management role.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing large teams.
Expertise in media workflows, promotional content, video encoding, metadata, subtitling, and dubbing.
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and ability to implement process improvements.
Organised self-starter with a strong attention to detail, accountable, a team player, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface with all levels within the organisation and operate successfully in a cross-cultural environment
Technical knowledge of media workflows and media formats
Knowledge of postproduction workflows
Fluent English
The Nice to Haves
Knowledge of user experience basic principles
High analytical skills
Familiarity with tracking tools such as Monday.com
