Our teams and networks stretch across the United States and have extended its reach to Ukraine & the Middle East.ResponsibilitiesAssists Manager HR in setting objectives for the HR team and tracking the progress.Assists Manager HR in designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.Responsible to resolves/addressing employees requests and grievances in minimum possible time.Responsible to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of monthly salaries.Managing compensation and benefits of the employees, including PF. OPD, Health Insurance.Manage monthly reconciliation of all payrolls and conduct variance & competitive analysis.Ensure timely payments of final settlements.RequirementsProven work experience as HR Generalist or similar role.Must have Hands-on experience in HR Operations & PayrollExcellent communication abilities.Ability to work under pressure.BBA/MBA in HR or relevant Degree.Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in core HR.Shift Timings: Afternoon (01:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
