About the RoleAs a Senior Growth Strategist at Beam, you’ll be at the heart of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, driving lead generation, market analysis, and customer acquisition. You’ll blend the best of marketing and sales to help us grow our client portfolio and expand our market share.

What You’ll DoLead Generation & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute outbound and inbound lead generation strategies to attract high-value prospects and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Work closely with sales to refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) and build targeted outreach campaigns that drive meaningful conversations.
- Optimize and scale multi-channel campaigns across email, social, SEO, paid ads, and partnerships.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to refine our sales and marketing strategy.
- Identify emerging opportunities, untapped segments, and whitespace markets to expand our reach.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to gather insights that inform positioning, pricing, and messaging.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring seamless alignment on lead handoff, nurture strategies, and conversion goals.
- Develop compelling content and sales enablement materials, from case studies to pitch decks, to support customer acquisition.
- Continuously optimize funnels, messaging, and outreach playbooks to improve conversion rates.
Performance Optimization & Growth Experiments
- Track and analyze key growth metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV, conversion rates) to measure effectiveness and iterate accordingly.
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments to identify what works and scale the best-performing strategies.
- Leverage data-driven insights to improve customer engagement and retention.
Expansion & Strategic Growth Initiatives
- Explore new growth channels, partnerships, and innovative acquisition strategies.
- Help shape the future of Beam’s growth function, building scalable playbooks and systems for long-term success.
