Job Description

About the Job: 


Foodpanda offers many ways for the Vendor to grow and promote themselves on the platform, gain visibility and click conversion. 


One way to grow is through Advertising on the foodpanda App. Vendors have the option to choose from different products that increase their visibility on the customer end. The Ads Growth team is actively engaged in calling restaurant partners with high potential, explaining the growth options, and booking their budget for this service. 


Responsibilities:


  • Managing a portfolio of 400 + vendors. 


  • Achieving targets for Vendor Operating Hour, Vendor Fail Rate, Deal Acquisition. 


  • Acquisition/Selling: Reaching/calling out to vendors to sell growth products/tools on foodpanda platform. Achieving weekly and monthly targets.


  • Building and maintaining a portfolio of vendors to generate revenue.


  • Account Management/After sales service: Take end to end and complete ownership, be the main point of contact for the assigned accounts and manage their requests and issues. Ensuring 100% vendor satisfaction.


  • Relationship Management: Create long-term relationships with accounts, maximize their return on investment, engagement, and satisfaction.


  • Analysis: Make data-driven decisions to understand the performance of assigned vendors to ensure highest return on investment and better retention


  • Partner with internal teams: Collaborate closely with, finance, deals, partner care and sales to ensure smooth vendor experience and troubleshooting.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant.


  • Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function.


  • Must be a hustler, willing to go above and beyond to achieve targets & extend support to the peers.


  • Must exhibit a process-oriented and data-driven approach.


  • Ability to act and behave like a mentor for the team. Showcase compassion, will & humility.


  • You have at least 1 - 2 years’ experience of managing clients.


  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.


  • Sales experience in, Account management or Sales in FMCG, B2B, E-commerce.


  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.


  • This position is a 6 months contractual position.
