Position Related


The purpose of this position is to support TSS Leaders with being the recruitment specialist, supporting them in the hiring process according to our hiring policy.  The role will also be supporting in other general HR tasks, like registration of new joiners, collaborate with the HR BPs on comp & ben offers connected with the hiring process – and support in onboarding and other relevant HR processes.


Goals


  • Establishing strong relationships with all internal/external stakeholders including the extended HR family that are relevant.
  • Ensuring a clear understanding of roles and ownership of responsibilities of the line and HR related to hiring processes.
  • Be the main contact for hiring managers for discussions and planning for relevant hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR BPs and line managers to facilitate for the TSS training program to be successfully implemented.
  • Create job offers crafted based on TSS comp & benefit policies and in accordance with the respective salary band.
  • Onboarding of new employees – to secure the equipment needed are in place.
  • Monthly reporting and tracking of joiners/leavers.
  • Support in employer branding activities.
  • Sustaining a high-performance culture through the use of Telenor Shared Services tools and processes to ensure adherence to Telenor way and intervene appropriately to help drive mindset and culture change.
  • Assist the HR team overall on ongoing activities.

Your Typical day at work


Recruitment;


  • Keep a tight dialogue with the local managers to have an overview of upcoming hiring processes needed – and if need for adjustment to current roles.
  • Prioritize and plan recruitment according to critical business needs
  • Secure the requested hirings are within the approved headcounts.
  • Follow the defined service delivery goals for hiring processes.  
  • Be the driver of the interviews, including scheduling and inviting candidates for the interviews where HR is to take the lead.
  • Create offers to selected candidates, based on input from the HR BPs

Headcount reporting


•    Update the organizational charts for TSS Pakistan monthly


•    Align with TSS HR across on FTE reporting


General HR activities;


  • In collaboration with HR BPs, welcome and onboard new joiners.
  • Support HR BPs and the TSS HR & Support team in employee activities like training sessions, open door meeting and others when required.

Eligibility Criteria


Experience and Qualification:


Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA). MBA (HRM) will be an added advantage.


Work experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in HR roles. Experience of relevant domains will be preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to challenge line managers on job descriptions acc. To business needs.
