Job Description:
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
- Address employee relations issues, mediating disputes and offering solutions in line with company policies.
- Provide systematic feedback (UATs/CRFs) for improving and enhancing Peoplei modules, features and functionalities.
- Create succession planning strategies and support employee career development.
Qualification and Skills:
- BBA/MBA in HR
- 3+ years of experience.
