Job Description:


  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
  • Address employee relations issues, mediating disputes and offering solutions in line with company policies.
  • Provide systematic feedback (UATs/CRFs) for improving and enhancing Peoplei modules, features and functionalities.
  • Create succession planning strategies and support employee career development.

Qualification and Skills:


  • BBA/MBA in HR
  • 3+ years of experience.
