About the job Senior Executive HR (H-524)
Job Duties:
Recruitment & Onboarding. Collect complete test/interview documents and forward them to the Recruitment team for the final selection of candidates and plan the completion of onboarding formalities.Training & Orientations. Execution of training plan, communication of the induction training plan to candidates, Admin & Logistics team to book venues.HR services & Operations. Coordinate with a grievance to ensure approved disciplinary actions are taken/entered in the system, and letters are issued and recorded accordingly.Essential Skills:
