Job Overview


CureMD is seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Content Specialist to develop a content strategy that will assist in achieving our brand vision and marketing goals. In this leadership role, you will manage and guide a team of content specialists, ensuring high-quality content delivery across multiple channels while driving innovation in content production, optimization, and distribution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to support the company’s growth through impactful, data-driven content initiatives.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive content strategies that align with CureMD’s marketing objectives and brand voice. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports overarching business goals.


  • Manage the production of diverse content types, including articles, white papers, case studies, blog posts, and social media content. Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and tailored to audience segments.


  • Review and refine content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency with CureMD’s quality standards and style guidelines.


  • Inform SEO strategies by conducting detailed keyword research and optimizing content for maximum visibility and search rankings.


  • Strategically manage the content calendar to ensure alignment of routine publishing, marketing campaigns, product launches, and significant events.


  • Coordinate with design and branding teams to integrate visual elements like infographics and videos that enhance written content.


  • Monitor content performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement and conversions.


  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the target audience, refining content strategies based on insights to boost relevance and engagement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications in content marketing or digital marketing are a plus.


  • 5-7 years of experience in advanced content creation, strategy, and management, with a demonstrated track record of leading successful content initiatives.


  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, capable of producing engaging, informative, and impactful content.


  • In-depth expertise in SEO, including keyword research and content optimization.


  • Proficiency in tracking and measuring the performance of content using analytics tools.


  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, inbound marketing, and the customer buying journey.


  • The ability to seamlessly integrate content strategies into the broader marketing strategy.


  • Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding team members.


  • Excellent project management abilities, capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.


  • Innovative thinker with a talent for generating fresh content ideas and innovative strategies that enhance engagement and conversions.


  • Ability to adapt to evolving trends, platforms, and audience behaviors while focusing on long-term content goals.
