Inbox Business Technologies seeks an experienced Business Continuity Management (BCM) Consultant with 8+ years of relevant experience designing, implementing, and managing BCM Systems (BCMS) based on ISO 22301. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BCM frameworks, risk assessments, and business impact analysis (BIA).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) in line with ISO 22301 standards.
- Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery time objectives (RTOs).
- Develop Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), and Crisis Management Plans for various business units.
- Conduct Risk Assessments related to business continuity and resilience.
- Lead and facilitate BCM awareness training and BCP exercises, including tabletop exercises and full-scale simulations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and align BCMS with industry best practices.
- Support internal and external BCMS audits and certification assessments.
