We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Manager
Business - Wealth & Personal Banking, Insurance
Principal responsibilities
- Lead the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of Global Insurance business priorities.
- Lead commercial/financial initiatives for Global Insurance
- Drive/support forums and committees to represent view of the Global Insurance business as a business subject matter expert (SME)
- Analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
- Lead/support for business approvals, marketing & training collateral for new products & features. Lead/support in the design of customer focused solutions that factor all customer needs and customer journeys. Bring the perspective of staff/colleagues in the design of relevant services & product features.
- Proactively build key relationships with key stakeholders in Global Insurance, Technology and WPB. Adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures. Implement measures to contain compliance risk across Global Insurance. This will be achieved by liaising with compliance department about business initiatives at the earliest opportunity. Also, and when applicable, by fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators.
