Responsibilities


  • 1. Client Acquisition & Sales Growth


  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities across our tech domains.


  • Develop a B2B sales strategy to attract enterprise clients, investors, and technology partners.


  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, and other B2B lead generation platforms to secure international and local clients.


  • Establish direct relationships with corporations, gaming studios, fintech firms, and entertainment companies for software development contracts.


  • 2. Market Expansion & Networking


  • Build and maintain relationships with global and local enterprises in need of cutting-edge software solutions.


  • Represent Black Lion Software Solutions at conferences, industry events, and online business forums to generate leads.


  • Identify tender opportunities, strategic partnerships, and government contracts to position Black Lion as an industry leader.


  • 3. Proposal Development & Negotiation


  • Prepare high-impact business proposals, presentations, and RFPs to secure high-value contracts.


  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients to maximize profitability.


  • Work closely with internal product and software development teams to customize solutions for client needs.


  • 4. Lead Generation & Sales Analytics


  • Execute cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and digital networking to generate B2B leads.


  • Use data-driven decision-making to track sales performance, forecast revenue, and refine business strategies.


  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) to manage the sales pipeline and ensure seamless client onboarding.


  • 5. Client Retention & Upselling


  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.


  • Monitor customer needs and propose scalable solutions for their evolving business requirements.


  • 6. International Expansion & Payment Handling


  • Develop and execute global sales strategies, ensuring Black Lion's presence in international tech markets.


  • Handle cross-border transactions, international pricing models, and global client communications.


Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or B2B Marketing (preferably in the Software/IT industry).


  • Proven success in closing deals, winning projects, and expanding client portfolios in Gaming, FinTech, AI, SaaS, or Enterprise Solutions.


  • Strong expertise in using LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, Fiverr, and other lead generation platforms.


  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.


  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.) for sales tracking and reporting.


Existing industry connections and networks are a strong advantage.


  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.


  • Strong understanding of international business transactions and pricing models.

11:00 AM and 07:00 PM (Full- time)
