We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst - ProcurementPrincipal responsibilitiesAssiting the change lead in executing the project to the desired outcome, by following design lead approach and delivering at pace.Ensuring the tasks part of the transformation initiatitive are closely monitoried and delivered to the global requirements.Manage and report on progress to stakeholders, oversee the tracking of risks/issues/dependencies.Support the embedding of a strategic service and delivery culture, which makes business stakeholders value the Procurement. Work closely with each project team and delivery stakeholders to ensure smooth change delivery.Reporting or escalate any issues or risk as part of ‘First Line of Defense’ on a timely manner.Awareness and oversight of the communication strategy to engage with stakeholders across the Procurement teams.Establish relationships with key project stakeholders,adopt Global Procurement Change Governance and HSBC Change Framework.Acts as a role model to create and maintain a collaborative team environment which supports and encourages the professionalism and development of our teams,Identify opportunities for process re-engineering / improvement and initiate best-practice sharing.Utilize the project management tools such as Clarity/ JIRA/ MS Office/Visio for tracking and governance.
