Job DescriptionThe Business Analyst is a customer-facing role that works directly with our most distinguished customers. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product management, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions. You’ll engage with customers using business analysis, process improvement, and product management skills to help define and refine business processes, develop product roadmaps, and support agile development practices.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of business process modelling.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of requirements with business goals.
- Prepare business process flows, wireframes, and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and manage a product backlog, ensuring timely and effective prioritization of requirements.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and clients.
- Manage timeline and scope, ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Communicate effectively with large and small project teams consisting of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Required Skills- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting.
- Experience working with offshore teams is required.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing the project lifecycle for large corporate clients.
- Knowledge of process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML) is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with product development across multiple platforms is a plus.
