As a Senior Automation Engineer will be responsible for the automated testing and performance testing of multiple products and maintaining the test cases repository. This role will provide technical leadership and guidance in defining and implementing test automation strategies.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for web-based systems using Selenium, focusing on quality code and efficient solutions.
• Design and implement performance testing strategies to evaluate product performance under various conditions.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive repository of test cases, ensuring coverage of critical system functionalities.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Participate in functional, system, and regression testing activities to validate software functionality and performance.
• Design and develop test plans and test cases based on functional and design specifications.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to development teams, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve testing processes.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of Automation experience of web based systems using selenium. Solid knowledge of scripting. 
• Hands-on experience with different testing frameworks(e.g. Testing)
• Hands-on experience with SQL. 
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
