Position Title: Senior Assistant, Warehouse

Responsibilities
- to carry out day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling, issuance, charging of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per organizational safety and Quality standards.
- carry out general departmental duties as assigned by respective supervisor.
- assist and perform day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling and issuance of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per defined procedures.
- perform Inventory operations such as periodical physical counts, expiry monitoring, processing returns and record discrepancies if any as per defined procedures.
- identify slow moving items and review re-order / par-levels of all items on periodical basis.
- Report discrepancies if any found while performing assigned tasks.
- timely recording of all transactions into system/ paper documents as per defined procedures.
- maintain personal and environmental safety standards as per guidelines of Safety & Security Department.
- ensure quality of services as per organization’s standards.
- follow institutional policies related to functional responsibilities, code of ethics, discipline, acceptance of gifts, anti-fraud, and other HR related policies.
Requirements
- must be Graduate
- two-year working experience in any warehouse will be preferred
- person must have Data Entry Skills, aware for Documentation, ability to work in Team with good coordination
