Job Role / Responsibilities:


You will be responsible to effectively manage the Reception area and ensure all information is updated and is kept safe.  You will also be responsible to prepare daily cash collection report, deposit the cash to main cashier and collection details with the Associate, SRC. In addition, as a member of the SRC team, to undertake a range of premises duties concerned with SRC and ancillary duties to support operations of the Centre.


Specifically, you will be responsible for:


  • collecting cash/cheques from members and visitors for membership, rentals, lockers, and coaching charges for various sports activities
  • preparing a daily cash collection summary and depositing it with the main cashier's office
  • submitting the previous day's cash collection summary to the manager for review and signature daily
  • ensuring, with the assistance of security staff, that unauthorized individuals do not enter the Sports Centre premises
  • safeguarding idle cash by keeping it secured in the provided safe
  • managing the reception counter, attending phone calls, and providing accurate information to members and visitors in line with SRC policies
  • updating revenue summaries for facility rentals and coaching activities monthly
  • performing any other duties as assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:


  • minimum qualification: Intermediate, with preference for graduates
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience
  • ability to work effectively in a dynamic office environment with a diverse team
  • proficiency in using computers, particularly MS Office (Word and Excel) and the SPCIS system
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • a high degree of initiative and the ability to adapt to changing priorities with attention to detail.
