The aim of the Institute is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of schools and other educational institutions in the country through innovation, policy development, practice, training and research.This is a grant-funded contractual position.Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:
- conduct community outreach and mobilisation activities
- facilitate awareness sessions and encourage community participation
- collect data and provide feedback on programme effectiveness
- support implementation of rainwater harvesting and sanitation initiatives
- manage and maintain inventory records, ensuring adequate stock levels
- coordinate procurement and distribution of office and project supplies
- oversee asset management, including tracking and reporting of equipment
- assist in logistical arrangements for meetings, training sessions and field visits
- maintain and organise project documentation, records and correspondence.
Requirements You should have:
- a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, community development, or a related field
- at least one year of experience in community mobilization
- competent in MS Office, especially data management on MS Excel
- good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks assigned by the leads
- ability to coordinate and efficiently communicate with respondents.
