Senior Assistant, IED

Responsibilities You will be responsible for:


  • developing and maintain a calendar for meetings
  • communicating with the project team and other stakeholders regarding events and activities
  • taking notes and prepare meeting minutes
  • preparing work schedules and travel plans for the project team
  • arranging resources (e.g., stationery) for meetings and other events
  • assisting the MERL Manager in organizing events, including logistics and communication
  • coordinating with the Programme Office and Cooperative Schools regarding students' work in schools
  • attending events such as training sessions and workshops as needed
  • undertaking other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements You should have:


  • Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in social or natural sciences from a reputable national/international university
  • 1-2 years of experience, preferably in performing tasks related to day-to-day project operations
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal English & Urdu
  • skilled in preparing work schedules and itineraries
  • experienced in organizing events, including logistics and communication
  • ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality
  • proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • capable of working under pressure.
