Job Role / Responsibilities:You will be responsible for ensuring timely payments to the staff / vendors while ensuring compliance with institution’s policies and applicable laws and participate in monthly and yearly closing activities.  Specifically, you will be responsible to;


  • process payment requests accurately in compliance with accounting principles, institution policies and applicable laws
  • maintain payment processing KPI 
  • coordinating with relevant departments as needed to ensure timely payment and resolution of queriespreparation of monthly assigned schedules and resolve the outstanding items thereon, as assigned
  • any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:


  • B. Com / BBA or equivalent
  • candidates currently pursuing post graduate qualification will be preferred
  • minimum 6 months of experience in payments processing or in a similar role in finance department
  • understanding of accounting principles, income tax and sales tax laws as applicable for payment processing
  • good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • proficiency in use of MS Office.
