About the job Segment Head Recruitment (H-581)
We are looking for a Segment Head, Recruitment for our Lahore Office.
People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multi-national client organizations across all HR functions. We are looking for a seasoned Recruitment Manager who can lead and manage a robust and fast-paced recruitment function across territories and industries.
Job Role and Duties:
- Plan, strategize and achieve\exceed assigned recruitment targets, improving, tracking and reporting on recruitment performance in quarterly reports keeping a close eye on related metrics and KPIs.
- Create and execute eleborate and effective plans and strategies to enhance and optimize candidate sourcing by building effective recruitment channels, and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
- Design, build and ensure a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process from start of engagement to onboarding or regret of application.
- Build and maintain a talent pool through a reliable network of resources that could be trapped into for possible suggestions to positions, working in close startegic alliance with internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in relevant field.
- MBA\ MHRM\ MPM\BBA
- High-level proficiency in managing talent portals and databases
- Advanced knowledge of interviewing and evaluation methods. Understanding of behavioral competency framework and behavioral interviews structure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
