Job Summary
As a Team Leader within the Securities Services Operations, Depositary Services at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in managing and retaining meaningful relationships that deliver an outstanding experience to our customers. With your 7+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably with 3 years in Recon / fund accounting / financial reporting / financial statement audit environment, you will be expected to ensure accurate and timely processing of all deliverables. Your knowledge of transaction life cycle for hedge/mutual funds will be crucial in this role. This position offers the opportunity to work in a quality-promote process and contribute towards the timely and accurate compilation of departmental KPIs.
Job Responsibilities

Assist Team Management in overseeing daily activities.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of Depositary Records according to standards and procedures.
Escalate unclear or delayed instructions promptly for clarification.
Follow internal procedures to maintain the 4-eyes principle.
Respond to internal queries accurately and promptly.
Apply knowledge of financial markets effectively.
Participate in creating and improving procedures and processes
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Minimum experience 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in recon, fund accounting, financial reporting, or financial statement audit environments.
Communicate effectively within the team and with upstream and downstream teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Be a self-starter who can work independently, learn quickly, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert and process coach.
Proactively identify and escalate potential risks, and solve problems efficiently.
Work well under pressure in a high-volume environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and adhering to control procedures.
Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook, and fluent in both written and spoken English.
