WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS? You will be responsible for growing + expanding opportunities for Full Container Load (FCL) + Less Than Container Load (LCL) businesses for our sea logistics team.
Your Role To explore various sources of customer leads in order to convert them to actual opportunities. To collaborate with our pricing, business development + operations teams to achieve key performance indicators. To promote sea logistics services, digital tools + any other solutions to meet customer needs. To drive volume growth in target + potential trade lanes by launching promotional rates. - On a regular basis, consult with key stakeholders + customers to review progress, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement + high customer retention rates.
- Finally, focus on evolving our customer + stakeholder relationships, forming trust + deeper relationships to enable new opportunities.
