Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master with 2-4 years of experience to facilitate Agile processes and drive the success of our Data & ML projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, and Release Planning while facilitating Scrum meetings.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Ensure the implementation of Agile best practices for efficient software development.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with Data & AI industry trends.
- Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and resource utilization using burndown charts and story point planning.
- Motivate, guide, and support teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and team dynamics.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable
