We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will be:
- Participate in transformation challenges of varying complexity to enable the function to drive transformation agenda a well as work with the customer and HR IT teams to ensure overall stablity of the external vendor services
- Participate in the design of solutions, the role holder will be responsible for driving delivery of solutions and ensuring requirements are captured, design options outlined and design decision documented in the appropriate artefacts
- Coordinate with other technical experts in the wider IT functions including delivery of technical solution around mobile and integrations, performance testing of vendor products, and driving the closure of tasks/deliverables as well asissues/defects.
- Work in a fast paced, cloud based environment with peers across HR IT, candidate will also contribute to global SuccessFactors solutions which forms part of the IT product strategy and act as technical subject matter expert in SuccessFactors HR system, introducing new functionality and innovation and providing input to the design; Knowledge of HR SuccessFactors is a requirement
- Drive the continual improvement of the HR IT systemS landscape by conducting the product change reviews introduced by the vendor, global functional configuration assessment and design, and deliverables on the product roadmap for benefits.
- Proactively support incident and problem management in collaboration with peers.
- Keep appraised of leading practices – monitoring and evaluating future market trends and considering innovative solutions
- Perfom duties to stay within department and project budgets and time constraints
- Manage the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies and risks to committees and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation
- Utilize Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within Technology teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) in line with corresponding transformation frameworks at the bank/in Corporate Functions
- Ensure adherence to the Change Management Policy in order to avoid or minimise the risk of disrupting services to customers and users.
