About the role:

Responsibilities:

• Putting the different SuccessFactors modules, for example Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, etc. into use.
• Collecting business requirements, defining functional specifications with stakeholders, design process, testing, configuration, and data conversion.
• Oversee all requests for system customization and utilization.
• Keep track of delivery quality and performance, including system testing.
• Manage all change requests, confirm all budget and schedule effects, secure stakeholder support, and notify all teams of approved modifications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience is a must.
• Carried out at least 2 SAP SF end to end implementation projects.
• Experience with SuccessFactors EC, Work zone, ECP, RCM, and Time tracking.
• Completed studies in fields such as business computer science, business administration, or human resources management, or substantial commercial/technical training coupled with several years of professional experience are highly valued.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• A diligent person who is willing to learn and advance in their career.
• Strong analytical skills such as time management and problem-solving.
