Salesforce - QA Tester

Job Summary 
The QA Tester is responsible for reviewing and analyzing process specifications, collaborating with developers to design effective test strategies, and executing test cases (both manual and automated) to ensure that products and processes meet specified requirements. The role involves evaluating products/processes, documenting testing phases and defects, and providing UAT and ad hoc support, particularly for Salesforce applications within the technical workstream.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory)
- Process Review and Analysis: Experience in reviewing and analyzing process specifications to develop effective testing strategies.
- Test Case Execution: 5+ years of experience in executing manual and automated test cases, with the ability to analyze results and ensure product/process compliance with specifications.
- Salesforce Testing: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated Salesforce testing experience, with a preference for automation.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with developers and IT consultants to support testing activities and provide technical guidance.
- Documentation: Experience in documenting business workflows and creating logs for testing phases and defects.
- UAT Support: Ability to provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and troubleshoot issues during the testing process.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Basic fundamentals of Salesforce, with knowledge of Cloud Service or Sales Service.
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional)
- Real Estate Experience: 2+ years of experience in the real estate sector, particularly in UAE-based projects.
- UAE-Based Experience: Familiarity with UAE's real estate market and testing requirements.
- Salesforce Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce applications and the ability to provide ad hoc support for Salesforce-related projects.
- Cloud Service Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud services as related to Salesforce.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of QA testing experience, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce testing, preferably in automation.
- Location: Preference for candidates with UAE-based experience, especially in real estate projects.
- Availability: Immediate availability or within a 15-30 day notice period.
