Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager: Identify and develop solutions on Salesforce.
- Assist in Transitioning Tasks: Move tasks from third-party vendors to internal development.
- Address Back-End Development Needs: Support live environment updates.
- Participate in Project Management Activities: Use tools such as Asana and Monday.com.
- Utilize SOQL for Database Interactions: Handle reporting and database management.
- Develop and Customize Salesforce Applications: Design and implement custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to address specific business requirements and enhance platform functionality.
- Integrate Systems and Optimize Processes: Utilize APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems, while continuously optimizing existing applications and workflows for improved efficiency and user experience.
- Conduct Quality Assurance and Documentation: Perform code reviews and maintain high standards through testing and quality assurance processes, alongside creating comprehensive technical documentation and user training materials.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers and business analysts to gather requirements and develop solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing ongoing support to end-users.

- Experience in Basic Development Tasks: Ability to work with APIs and general development knowledge.
