Job Description:
•Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
•Customize Salesforce applications by configuring objects, fields, workflows, process builder, approval processes, etc.
•Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend improvements.
•Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics.
•Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and custom development.
•Salesforce developer Certifications essential
Primary Skill:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) preferred.
•8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce implementations.
•Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
•Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft or Informatica).
•Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
•Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
