Job Overview:
CloudPSO Inc. is seeking
highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to
join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to
proactively reach out to potential clients, generate qualified leads, upsell
services, and close deals that align with CloudPSO's service offerings. The
ideal candidate should possess excellent persuasion and negotiation skills,
with the ability to handle objections and convert prospects into long-term
clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists and self-researched prospects.
- Present and promote CloudPSO's services, including Software Development, Managed IT Services, and Marketing Solutions.
- Identify client needs and tailor sales pitches to provide value-based solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Overcome objections and negotiate pricing or contract terms to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools (Zoho, Apollo.io, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the sales and product teams based on client conversations to optimize offerings.
Requirements- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Experience using CRM software such as Zoho, Apollo.io, or HubSpot.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with B2B sales in IT services or SaaS industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
