Job Description
This position will be responsible for supporting the sales team with data analysis, managing operational tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. An ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing sales workflows and driving operational excellence to help meet business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end sales process, ensuring efficiency in lead management, deal closures, and post-sales activities.
- Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues. Create detailed reports for management, outlining key insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and update customer data in the system, ensuring accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, production, and supply chain teams to align efforts that support sales activities and customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team with forecasting, tracking sales targets, and identifying deviations from planned outcomes. Provide actionable insights to help meet or exceed goals.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and production departments to manage order fulfillment, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist with presentation development, and customer follow-ups to support the sales team in achieving their objectives.

- Ensures that sales operations are aligned with customer needs and satisfaction.
- Works effectively with sales teams and other departments (e.g., finance, marketing, supply chain) to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining a structured approach to daily responsibilities.

Work experience requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
- Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and operations management.
