Job Responsibilities:
* Drive sales of rooms, events, and banquet services to achieve revenue targets.
* Build and manage client relationships with corporates, travel agents, and event planners.
* Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
* Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelors/Masters in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
* 8+ years of experience in hospitality sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
