Pavago is looking for a proactive and organized Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will begin by focusing on scheduling appointments and handling follow-ups after calls. If successful, this person will quickly move into a Sales Assistant role, supporting sales calls and client communication, with the ultimate goal of advancing into a full sales position.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and qualify them based on predefined criteria. Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to generate interest and set up meetings or demos.
- Follow-Up Communication: Provide timely follow-up after each call to build rapport, reinforce the value of our services, and address any preliminary client questions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and optimize strategies.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and meetings for senior sales representatives to further discuss insurance solutions with qualified leads.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on leads, ensuring a steady flow of prospects through the sales funnel.
