We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our client’s team. This role possesses outbound sales responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales: Proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls and emails to drive new business opportunities.
- Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads by maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Prospecting & Outreach: Research and identify key decision-makers and initiate contact to set up discovery calls.
- Sales Pipeline Oversight: Track the progress of leads and opportunities within HubSpot CRM, ensuring a structured and organized sales process.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Work within a structured prospecting and ABM process inside of HubSpot CRM to drive targeted outreach and engagement.

- Mid-Market Prospecting Experience: Proven track record of working with Mid-Market accounts and a strong understanding of Technology/Cloud Infrastructure sales processes.
- Adaptable and Self-Motivated: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is willing to take on varied responsibilities.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Your day will include making outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments. You will also conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM. Researching CT’s ICP, leveraging LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and O365 for prospecting, and driving ABM strategies will be key aspects of your daily workflow. Collaboration with internal teams and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be crucial to your success.
