About the Role


As a Sales Development Representative at Beam, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales and marketing efforts, taking command of our initiatives to propel our product into the market spotlight. You will spearhead initiatives aimed at introducing our product to the market, capturing leads, and converting them into loyal customers.

Responsibilities


This position will require you to orchestrate strategic sales campaigns while leveraging marketing tactics to maximise our product's visibility and reach. Your key responsibilities will entail the following:


  • Identify and engage potential clients through various lead generation strategies, including outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and research of target markets and industries.
  • Drive top-of-the-funnel activities, including the creation and execution of targeted sales funnels that nurture prospects from initial awareness to engagement, ensuring strong lead flow and maximizing conversion potential.
  • Execute outbound communication strategies, including cold calls and emails, using lead prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Smartleads, Clay, or similar platforms to effectively engage and connect with potential clients.
  • Conduct first discovery calls with leads to gather information, understand their pain points, and introduce them to our solutions.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and potential market opportunities. Use insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Update and maintain track of all lead interactions, update records, and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and smooth transition to sales.
