Job Title: Sales Development Representative


As a Sales Development Representative at GoSaaS, you'll play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, and ultimately setting the stage for successful sales conversions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the North America Sales team to support the overall sales process and achieve revenue targets.
  • Follow up on warm leads generated through email marketing and LinkedIn prospecting to schedule discovery calls.
  • Craft effective email templates that drive responses and engagement from prospects.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and leveraging LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their suitability for GoSaaS services.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to execute and manage sales cadences for each Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL).
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales qualified leads (SQL) targets.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and interactions within the CRM system.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop and refine successful sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Oracle product knowledge.

Must-Have Skills:


  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Executive/Sales Development roles within the tech services industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to set appointments from leads generated through email marketing.
  • Prior experience conducting discovery calls with clients in an Account Executive capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud Applications, is a significant asset.
  • A proactive and results-oriented attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Any experience responding to large RFPs in the US/Canadian market is a plus.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.
