About the job Sales Coordinator - Islamabad - 01 (Aug-24)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage in-out dispatches
- Perform all administrative tasks
- Record keeping
- Collect and organize customer wise order
- Perform liaising with the logistic team to process daily sale orders
- Coordinate with the sales team to handle operational queries
- Maintain customer wise ledger
- Prepare and share daily and monthly sales reports
- Compute multiple sales analysis
- Update and maintain sales database
- Assist Zonal Operation Manager in day-to-day sales operations
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors from a HEC recognized university
- 6 months 1 year of relevant experience preferably in FMCG.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office, Command on SAP, Analytical Skills, Familiarity with databases and sales software
Location: This position is based at Islamabad.
