About the job Sales Coordinator - Islamabad - 01 (Aug-24)

Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage in-out dispatches
  • Perform all administrative tasks
  • Record keeping
  • Collect and organize customer wise order
  • Perform liaising with the logistic team to process daily sale orders
  • Coordinate with the sales team to handle operational queries
  • Maintain customer wise ledger
  • Prepare and share daily and monthly sales reports
  • Compute multiple sales analysis
  • Update and maintain sales database
  • Assist Zonal Operation Manager in day-to-day sales operations

Qualification & Experience:


  • Minimum Bachelors from a HEC recognized university
  • 6 months 1 year of relevant experience preferably in FMCG.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office, Command on SAP, Analytical Skills, Familiarity with databases and sales software
