Summary: As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will shape, sell, and close deals that are single or multi-service. Shephard the deal to develop the win strategy, the negotiation strategy, and the close plan. Be involved in the entire deal lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development of win strategies for deals.
- Create and execute negotiation strategies for successful deal closures.
- Manage and oversee the entire deal lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
