About the job SALES AND SUPPORT- TEAM LEAD (ISB)
- Lead the Sales Support team to ensure smooth operations.
- Set targets, Help Team to achieve, monitor performance, and motivate the team.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Organize training to enhance team performance.
- Sales Department: Collaborate on lead generation, sales strategy, and customer handling.
- Operations Team: Coordinate for seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Clients: Direct interaction to resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and build relationships.
- Vendors/Partners: Manage partnerships and support services when needed.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
(BBA, MBA), Marketing or Sales
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years in sales or customer support team leadership
- Experience in international markets or BPO industries.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in achieving sales targets
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales software
- Ability to work flexible hours or shifts
