About the job SALES AND SUPPORT- TEAM LEAD

Lead the Sales Support team to ensure smooth operations.


Set targets, Help Team to achieve, monitor performance, and motivate the team.


Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards.


Organize training to enhance team performance.


Sales Department: Collaborate on lead generation, sales strategy, and customer handling.


Operations Team: Coordinate for seamless service delivery and issue resolution.


Clients: Direct interaction to resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and build relationships.


Vendors/Partners: Manage partnerships and support services when needed.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:


(BBA, MBA), Marketing or Sales


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:


3 - 5 years of professional experience


At least 2 years in sales or customer support team leadership


Experience in international markets or BPO industries.


Fluent in English (written and spoken)


Experience in achieving sales targets


Proficient in CRM tools and sales software


Ability to work flexible hours or shifts
