Overview Act as a consolidator of National Sales Administration, operations & Planning activities to support Head of Strategy & Operations in leading execution of cross department business solutions projects. Responsibilities • Consolidation of Administration & Planning Activities • Compile and validate S&D KPI Sheet and Quarterly Recon. Statements for HoS / SPM to review • Providing support in consumer promotion strategy to SPM/SOM to enhance sales volume • Providing support to HOS /SOM and sales lead in competition block strategy • Produce analysis flasher on promotion activities on daily/weekly basis Resource Development/Management • Train the Front line team to enhance their Microsoft Excel and Power point Skills. • Train sales admin resources to follow the process and controls • Train sales admin resources to how co-ordinate with cross functional departments • Leads one or more large/medium projects, developing and maintaining human and material resource plans and monitoring the deployment of individuals to ensure that they are contributing effectively whilst developing skills and experience. • Keeps on monitoring and controlling team performance against plans. • Undertakes / proposes any necessary training associated with the duties of the post and participates in training and development procedures. Recommends the same for the team. Business initiatives communication and progress analysis • Support HOS to identify and plan necessary change management activities to implement approved new or alternative processes in a project. • Monitors overall progress and initiates corrective action with HOS alignment, as appropriate, to ensure that deliverables are produced on time and within budget. Qualifications MBA or equivalent from a reputable organization
